01Using ZenDMS
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information (passwords, API keys) safe.
- Use ZenDMS only for lawful business purposes.
02Subscriptions & payments
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Fees, billing cycles and payment methods are shown clearly before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
03Your data & privacy
- You own the data you upload into ZenDMS.
- We only process your data to provide and improve the Service.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
You own your data, always.
ZenDMS is the system that stores and processes your operational data; the data itself remains yours. You can export it any time and after termination.
04Availability of the Service
- We work hard to keep ZenDMS running smoothly, but we can’t promise uninterrupted availability.
- We may update or improve features from time to time. Substantive changes are communicated in advance.
05Intellectual property
- The ZenDMS software, logos and content belong to ZenDynamix.
- You may not copy, modify or use our brand without permission.
- You retain all rights to your content and data.
06Third-party services
- ZenDMS may connect with or use third-party services (e.g. mapping APIs, payment processors, marketplaces).
- We are not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.
07Limitation of liability
- ZenDMS is provided “as is.”
- We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
08Ending your use
- You may stop using ZenDMS and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the law.
- You can request a copy of your data within 30 days after closing your account.
30 days to export your data, no questions asked.
Whether you’re scaling out or moving on, your data is yours to take with you in standard formats.
09Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms when needed.
- For major changes we’ll notify you (for example by email or on the website) in advance.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect counts as acceptance.
